Delivery
All orders will be shipped using JNE. Free shipping to all of Indonesia.

Please note that all orders are processed and sent out every FRIDAY. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a notification along with the tracking details on Friday.

Payment
We use Midtrans as a payment gateway. Please note that items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

Returns
All sales final. No returns or exchanges unless item is faulty. Send an e-mail to contact.crimsonhill@gmail.com for faulty returns instructions.

International Orders
For international orders please contact us at contact.crimsonhill@gmail.com. International orders items will be sent using standard Post Indonesia delivery services unless an express service is requested. International buyers are responsible for all customs & duties. Regulations for import duties and taxes may vary and we are unable to control nor predict their amount.
